Thank you for partnering with TEMITOPE to produce his seventh collection of songs entitled, MEJE. As he likes to say, he was “raised by a village and is made by a village” and this record is another testament for this truth. His second collection of songs released in 2021, MEJI (LIVE), was completely funded by you and through you, that record helped pave the way for he and his family to move to Nashville. We believe that with your help, MEJE can be the catalyst for TEMITOPE to begin sharing his songs through live tours. These songs will be produced above the standard industry level to strongly position TEMITOPE as a necessary voice in Christian music (on the radio, streaming playlists, etc). As the songs are heard more, more opportunities will arise for TEMITOPE to introduce his heart and music to new fans in cities all over the world. It seems like a big dream, but we know it can happen if we do it together!

MILESTONES

  • August 31, 2023 (84 days)- $12,500 ($250 from 50 people)
    * This will go towards the costs of production and the creative support
    *This will fully pay for the first two songs that being recorded earlier in August, and guarantee the release of at least one song in 2023
  • September 30, 2023 (114 days)- $12,500 ($250 from 50 people)
    * This will go towards the costs of production and the creative support for the rest of the songs
  • October 11, 2023 (125 days)- $12,500 ($250 from 50 people)
    * This will go towards the costs of production and the creative support for the rest of the songs
    *This is the halfway point of funding
  • December 12, 2023 (187 days)- $12,500 ($250 from 50 people)
    * This will pay the remaining costs of production and the creative support for the rest of the songs, and guarantee that the all of them will be released in 2024
  • February 13, 2024 (250 days)- $12,500 ($250 from 50 people)
    * This will go towards the costs of marketing and miscellaneous expenses accrued during the production process, and guarantee at least one song will be pushed to the radio
    *This is the end of funding
