highlights:
Lead Me To The Cross was easily my favorite song of the set. We played it before taking communion. Megan, one of our female vocalists, lead the song with the piano and electric guitar players accompanying her. No one else played or sang alongside them, which was really cool because it allowed the rest of the band, including myself, to take communion in the seats with the rest of congregation. Megan and the crew played the song beautifully. For me, the room feel empty because of the melancholy music arrangement. It was like only God and I were there. Through taking communion, He reminded me that He is always with me because He is in me. Jesus bought me with the blood that He shed on the cross (Galatians 3:13-14) to make this possible. Now, I belong to and am one with Him (John 17:20-21). This is an amazing gift; Christ Jesus in me. Thank You, Jesus, for being more that I deserve or even fully comprehend.
